Dear Colleagues
It's with great sadness that I must announce you of the recent and very unexpected demise of our colleague and treasurer Frank Bisby. Undoubtedly, Frank was one of the most influential persons active in our field, and he will be sorely missed.

We've all known Frank for many years and I will keep on remembering him as a dedicated and enthusiastic colleague and friend. I'm sure I can say that all our thought are now with his family and collaborators.
